On August 14, 2025 after a recent diagnosis, we lost our precious father. With his family surrounding him, he was welcomed into heaven and the arms of his Savior.

Stephen Michael Flock was born on March 17, 1957 to Stefan Ernest Flock and Patricia Sabo. He was the second of four children. He was born and raised in Wadsworth, Ohio, where he lived all his life. He was the son of a son of a carpenter. He carried this tradition until his retirement in 2020.

Along with his brother, he was an avid runner in his youth, breaking records in both track and cross country at Wadsworth high school. From an early age, he had a passion for music and passed that love onto his children.

Along with his former wife of 21 years, Michelle (Hollin), they raised four children;

Angela (Carl) Miller of Rittman, Emmit Flock of Dover, Stephanie Jones of Bolivar, and Mackenzie Flock of Franklin Township.

Along with those children, he leaves behind eight grandchildren; Ethan Miller, Andrew Flock, Elliot Poppenhouse, Raegan Nixon, Ashton Jones, Donald, Preston, and Reese Srock.

Also surviving, his mother, three siblings; Doris (Jarrett) Lewis, Nicholas (Autumn) Flock, Lisa Skiles, and his former partner and best friend Dawn Salvino.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, his beloved Otta and Oma, and his nephew, Nicholas Flock Junior.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 27 at Trolley Line House at 631 Silvercrest, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281. This will be an open house lasting from 12 PM to 6 PM. Family and friends are encouraged to come and share their memories.
