Stephen E Gavosto

Gavosto Stephen E., of Haworth, passed away on December 24, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Deanna M. (nee Dietz). Devoted father of Stefan J. and his wife Kathryn. Loving Poppy of Stefan C. and Sophia P. Dear brother of Marie Gavosto and Juliette Negro and her husband William. Stephen served in the National Guard. He was an avid golfer and pilot. Stephen was a perennial presence at White Beeches Golf and Country Club, both on the golf course and in the Gabe DeLorenzo room. Stephen was a proud board member of CarePlus NJ, Inc. Stephen was an entrepreneur and most recently, the owner of Continental Cookies, Inc. in Hackensack, NJ. He was also a Haworth Councilman. Visitation at the Barrett-Leber Funeral Home, 148 Dean Dr. Tenafly on Thursday 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Friday 10 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Haworth.
