Stephen Hawkins 74, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee passed away August 12th surrounded by all of his children. He was born to the late Willie Ray Hawkins Sr. and Ollie Pearl Price Hawkins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Willie Ray Hawkins Jr, sister Donna Mae Hooper, and grandson Kyle Jones.

Stephen is survived by his children Stephen Matthew (Siera) Hawkins of Calhoun, Robin Ledford (Darian) of Rocky Face, Stephanie (Richard) Davis of Calhoun, Tiffany (Chris) Polley of Resaca. Brother Larry (Gwen) Hawkins

Stephen enjoyed flea markets, yard selling, and being a rambling man. He loved good food and enjoyed cooking for others even more. He passed down his cooking skills to his children. He served in the United States Army. He also earned his architecture and design degree. He built massive metal structures in Texas and California. He came back to Georgia to beautiful homes, decks and anything you could imagine. He then settled to work at western plastics as a supervisor, where he later retired.

Stephen could light up a room with his smile, beautiful blue eyes and of course his crazy off the wall jokes. His common name when he introduced himself to anyone was Stephen Randolph lingo Farrel Smith Hawkins the 3rd wear a size 9 shoe, 10 feels so good I wear 11. A lot of great memories were made with Stephen throughout family and friends. He was definitely one in a million. He will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
