Stephen Wayne Jones

Stephen Wayne Jones passed away September 17, 2025 at the age of 75. He was born March 30, 1950 in Houston, Texas to the late Lee A. Jones and Ferrel C. Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy., in Victoria, Texas.

Stephen was a gauger for 30+ years. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and bowling. He also loved spending time with friends and family. He especially enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Stephen will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by his sister, Eunice Sanderson.

Leaving to cherish his memory is his son, Bryan Jones (Racheal) of Victoria, Texas; brothers, Larry Jones of Spring, Texas, David Jones of Cuero, Texas, Travis Jones of Yukon, Oklahoma; sisters, Merle Dean McMahan of Beeville, Texas, Linda Nelson of Beeville, Texas, Ruth Kircher of Beeville, Texas; grandchildren, David, Nicole and Dryden Jones; great-grandchildren, Grayson Torres, Ayla Torres, Rhett Jones and Kynsley Jones.
