In Loving Memory of Bennie James Morales Sr.
Tonight, as we gather in prayer for the Rosary, we remember and honor a man who meant so much to so many - Bennie James Morales Sr.
To me, he wasn´t just my brother-in-law. He was family in every true sense of the word - a man of heart, strength, quiet wisdom, and deep devotion.
Bennie loved fiercely. He loved his beautiful wife - my sister Ysenia- with a steady, unwavering love. And together, they built a life rooted in faith, hard work, and the kind of love that holds a family together through anything.
He was a proud and dedicated father to their five amazing children. Bennie didn´t just raise kids - he raised strong, kind, resilient human beings, each of whom carries a part of his spirit with them. You could see his joy when he spoke about them, see his pride in their accomplishments, and feel his love in the way he showed up for them every single day.
Bennie had a quiet strength - he didn´t need to be loud to make an impact. His presence spoke volumes. His actions said everything. Whether it was helping someone in need, being a steady hand for his family, or simply showing up with love and loyalty, Bennie lived his life with purpose.
To my sister and her children: I know your hearts are broken. But I want you to know - you are not alone. We are here, we will always be here, and Bennie´s love will always surround you. In your memories, in your traditions, in your laughter and even your tears - he lives on.
Bennie, thank you for everything you were. A husband. A father. A brother. A friend.
You left this world too soon, but your love, your legacy, and your example will never fade.
We love you. We miss you.
May you rest in eternal peace, wrapped in the arms of our Lord.
