Stephen B. Lindell D.D.S.

Stephen B. Lindell, B.S., D.D.S., age 90, of Northbrook, passed away to the sound of tympani and blazing French horns. He was married for 54 years to the late Joan Lois Lindell, nee Elfring, father of John (Heather) Lindell and Sheryl Lindell and grandfather of Samantha, Morgan and Katherine.
Dr. Lindell was raised in Dixon IL, was a graduate of Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Illinois College of Dentistry where he was editor-in-chief of the "ProView", their annual yearbook. He was an active member of Glenview Community Church, The Kiwanis Club of Glenview Northbrook, Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, Illinois state chairman of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the Academy of Dentistry International. He practiced general dentistry for fifty years variously in Norwood Park, Park Ridge and in the Professional Building at the Glenbrook Hospital.
He resided in two different homes in Glenview for 47 years and for the past several years at Covenant Living of Northbrook.
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 12, 2025 at 10 am at the Glenview Community Church 1000 Glenview Community Church, 1000 Elm St. (at Glenview Road), Glenview, IL 60025. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Glenview Community Church or Covenant Living Benevolent Fund, 2625 Techny Road, Northbrook, IL 60062.
