Stephen is survived by his daughters Vivian Rose Provo and Sophia Kate Provo; his parents Ron and Judy (Gorsche) Provo; his sister Robin Waters (Brad) and his brother Michael Provo (Melissa).
Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents Ferd and Dorothy Gorsche, and his grandparents Frank and Vivian Provo.
In lieu of flowers, any donations can be made in his memory to the ASPCA.
Fausett Family Funeral homes are assisting the family.
Services may be posted at a later date, but none are scheduled at this time.
