Stephen Carl Renfrow, 70, of Richburg, South Carolina, passed away at home on October 15, 2025. Born on May 19, 1955, Steve was a dedicated and hardworking man who served many years as a valued employee of UNFI in Richburg.

Steve was a longtime member of Mt. Prospect United Methodist Church, where he found fellowship, faith, and community.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Renfrow; father, Joe Renfrow; father-in-law, Eugene Fisher; and his brother, “Buck” Renfrow.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Renfrow of Richburg; son, Steve Renfrow of Rock Hill; daughter, Jenny Brown (Sheldon) of Clover; and mother-in-law, June Fisher. He was a proud grandfather to two grandsons, Ethan Renfrow and Dion Brown; and one granddaughter, Simone Brown.

He is also survived by two sisters, Patricia Renfrow and Marci Renfrow; three brothers, Joe Renfrow, Claude Renfrow, and Paul Renfrow; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Mt. Prospect United Methodist Church, 2543 Mountain Gap Road, Richburg, SC 29729, where Steve was a faithful member for many years. All are welcome to join the family for a graveside service immediately following the ceremony.

Family will receive friends following the graveside.

Steve will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, strong work ethic, and deep love for his family and community.
