Stephen "Steve" B. Crow, age 80, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, in Goshen, Indiana. He was born on August 31, 1945, in Goshen, Indiana to Maurice B. and Thelma M. (Price) Crow. Steve was a lifelong resident of Syracuse, Indiana and in 2011 he began spending winters in Ft. Myers, Florida. He married Linda K. Robertson on June 21, 1963, in Syracuse, Indiana. She passed away on July 24, 2010.

Steve devoted over 30 years of his life to his career as the owner of Crow Roofing, a business that became well-regarded for its commitment to quality and integrity. His skills and leadership not only built roofs but also fostered numerous relationships within the community.

A proud graduate of Syracuse High School, class of 1963, he was also a dedicated member of the Masonic Lodge, Sons of American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, where he enjoyed camaraderie and community involvement.

Steve is survived by his loving family, which includes his daughters, Sonya (Jack) Wells of Lucas, TX, and Stephanie Arnett of Avon, IN; son, Chris (Melissa) Crow of Carmi, IL; six cherished grandchildren, Adam (Chris) Shock, Lauren (Chris) Ballard, Matt (Danielle) Wells, Ryan Arnett, Camden Crow and Crayten Crow; and nine great-grandchildren who brightened his days. A beloved brother, Charles (Sally) Crow of Noblesville, IN, also survives him, adding to the network of family that Steve cherished deeply. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister, Marsha Ann Fisher; son-in-law, Rick Arnett and grandson, Michael Arnett.

Friends and family will gather to honor Steve's life during a visitation on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, followed by a Celebration of Life starting at 12:00 noon at Titus Funeral Home-Syracuse, located at 1001 South Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN 46567. A private burial will take place at Syracuse Cemetery. Following the service please join us for a gathering of family and friends from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the Owls Nest at 7369 E 800 N, North Webster, IN 46555

Steve's memory will be held dear by all those who knew him, as he exemplified kindness, hard work, and a passion for life that inspired many. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to share in his journey. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Legion Post 223 and Fraternal Order of Eagles 3760. Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services has been entrusted with Steve’s care.
