Sterling Cedric Grant, was born on July 20, 1966, in Baltimore City to Patrick and Essie Grant.
At an early age, Sterling gave his life to Christ at Bethel AME Church. He was raised and educated in Baltimore, graduating from Dunbar High School. He touched many lives with his warm heart, easy smile, and generous spirit.
Throughout his life, Sterling worked in a variety of roles-from CNA/GNA to a beloved customer service representative. No matter the job, he gave his all and found joy in connecting with others, especially the loyal customers who came to know and love him.
Though Sterling did not have children of his own, he cherished his many nieces and nephews, loving them as if they were his own. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, never hesitating to support anyone in need.
Sterling found joy in life's simple pleasures-fast roller coasters, cold fruit punch, breakfast food at any hour, and trips to Walmart, especially after he "hit big." His humor, warmth, and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Sterling leaves to mourn his devoted parents Patrick and Essie Grant, his brothers Theodore Patrick Grant and Donald Anthony (Laura) Grant, his BFF Marie "Sissy" Goldman, a host of nieces, nephews and cherished family and friends.
