He was preceded in death by his Father and his grandparents, Richard T. & Rhea D. Harper.
He is survived by his mother; Linda Alexander Levi, Grandmother; Martha Alexander, Aunt and Uncle Ladeana (Tom) Ashley, Uncle Rick Harper. Close relatives include Nancy Robinett, Justin (Julia) Everhart, Ryan (Britney) Everhart, many cousins and others who loved him as a brother and friend.
Steve left many heartfelt memories amongst us. He had many talents and a love to design and create. He saw beauty wherever he was and the good in everyone he passed. He was loved deeply; he was loyal to all friends and carried a wit in his words, always listened to others and help in their time of need. It was an honor and a great blessing to have him in our lives. He was a gift from heaven and a mother's son.

I miss him more and more every day. Stevo was a great friend, and it pains me that I was unable to be with you all when he passed. I loved him and I am sure he is tinkering with things up above!! My deepest sympathy to his family and friends!! Prayers to all!!!

Steven was the best friend I've ever had. You will always be remembered. I know your grandma's house and little Bruce Wayne's will be a little empty now. I still can't believe you are gone. I just talked to a couple days before you past. We talked for almost 2 hours on the phone. I love you bro and will never forget you.
