Dave was born on January 5th, 1953 to James and Mary Alwell. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Karen Alwell. A devoted father, Dave is survived by his two children; son Chad Alwell (Jennifer) and daughter Julie Alwell, and two stepsons Danny McDaniel (Rebecca Weber) and Jerry McDaniel (Amanda). Dear grandfather of four grandchildren Phillip, Sean, AJ, Taylor and two step grandchildren Josh, and Ryan. Four brothers; Charles Alwell (Denise), Jim Alwell (Kathy), Tom Alwell (Patty), Ben Alwell (Julie) and Sister Mary Alwell Self (Lonnie) and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Jan Kruk.
Dave was known for his skillful hands, he had a deep love of craftsmanship and took great pride in his work. He also enjoyed cruising around in his silver Jaguar, which brought him great joy. Dave was a witty individual who loved his family.
