Steven Paul Biggar, 74, of Spokane, WA, passed away peacefully at home on August 29, 2025. Born on March 23, 1951, Steve had a wonderful life filled with adventures in the great outdoors and time spent with his family and friends.

Steve attended the 5 Mile School House and graduated from Mead High School in 1969. Throughout his career, he was known as a "Jack of all Trades," working at Joey August Beer Distributor, Home Environments, Skips Awnings, and Automatic Pool Covers. He excelled at everything he did and his ability to fix anything with next to nothing was truly a gift. He was a tinkerer at heart.

A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Steve is survived by his wife, Michele (Davidson) Biggar; daughters, Carrie Whitcomb (Brian) and Carley Watson (Mike); grandchildren, Skylor Whitcomb, Parker Whitcomb, Carter Watson, and Sadie Watson; and his sister, Suzanne McCord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Gladys Biggar, and brothers, Kaye and Richard Biggar.

Steve was a valued figure in his family, always happy to spend quality time with his loved ones. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, camping, and tinkering in his shop. His favorite pastime was spending long trips with his wife on their cabin cruiser at Lake Roosevelt exploring. He was known for always whistling while he worked, a testament to his joyful spirit and love for life. He had a kind heart and was always there to help those he loved.

Steve's life was marked by his kindness and resourcefulness along with his love of life and adventure. His presence will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Steve will be laid to rest with a private family service at Fairmount Memorial Park. A remembrance celebrating the amazing man he was will be held at his residence September 27, 2025 for those who wish to attend. Please reach out to the family for details.
