Steven A. Boothe, age 21, son, brother, uncle, beloved grandson and a friend to many, left us unexpectedly on Friday September 24th, 2021.
Steven was incredibly smart young man with a fantastic sense of humor. He is now with God and our family members that have gone before him.He was predeceased by his grandparents who will meet him in heaven, Lawrence T. Kenny (maternal grandfather), Ethel M. Boothe (fraternal grandmother) and MaryJane Rubino (godmother)
Steven loved science.He was in his fourth year studying Biochemistry at University of the Sciences of Philadelphia and set to graduate May 2022. Steven was a 2018 graduate of Newark Charter High School. Steven was inquisitive all his life. He loved taking things apart and putting them back together. He loved puzzles and as a teen it was rare to find him without a Rubik's Cube in his hands. Steven had a kind and gentle soul. He was a member of Demolay and a Freemason.
Steven Alexander was loved by many. He is survived by his parents:, Alex Boothe (Kathy); Terri Wallace (Greg) his sisters, Jillian Renee, Sarah Elizabeth (Kyle), his grandmother, Ruth Kenny, his grandfather, David Boothe and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew and a newborn niece.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2nd at 12 noon at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek, where friends may visit from 10am-12 noon.
