Steven Danielson

 Steven Wayne Danielson, 58, of Glyndon, MN, passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2023 in Chamberlain, SD.

Steven was born March 9, 1965 in Fargo, ND, to Duwayne and Jean (Setter) Danielson.  He grew up in Glyndon, MN and graduated from Glyndon High School in 1984.  After graduation he attended Moorhead Technical College for 2 years in the carpentry program.  In 1990 Steven married Donna Sanger and they made their home in Glyndon where they raised their 2 children, Kimberly and Tylor.   

Steven worked in maintenance and security for the Regency Inn in Moorhead for several years and then for the City of Moorhead sanitation department for 17 years. He also enjoyed mowing the golf course for the City of Moorhead.  Most recently he worked for Bushel Inc. in Fargo. 

Steven loved to travel and enjoyed taking family road trips every summer.  He could fix just about anything and was the one everyone went to for handyman services.  He was outgoing and knew people everywhere he went, always taking time to stop and talk. 

He will be deeply missed by his parents, Duwayne and Jean; his wife, Donna; his son, Tylor, and many other friends and relatives.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Tracy Smith; his daughter, Kimberly and many aunts and uncles. 

The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 1:00 P.M., with visitation for one hour before the service, at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead, MN.  Following the service, interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Glyndon, MN. Following interment, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Glyndon Community Center.
