Steven Downs Obituary

Steve was born in Laconia, NH on December 27, 1967, the son of the late Clayton and Miriam Downs.
He grew up on his family's farm in Belmont, NH. He attended Belmont High and was an athlete who excelled in sports. He married the love of his life, Pam, in 1999. Steve regularly made himself available to help his parents with the farm throughout their years.
Steve was a long-time active Elks Lodge #876 member, where he had close friends and enjoyed working with them to help the community. He also had life-long friends whom he considered family. Steve was a hardworking man who will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and support for his friends and family.
Steve is survived by his sisters Lorri Downs-Lenentine and Sally Tarte, a niece, three nephews and three great-nephews. Steve is predeceased by his beloved wife, Pamela (Behan) Downs, his parents, brothers Kenneth Downs and Barry Downs, and a sister Lynn Roubo.
Per Steve's wishes there will be no services.

The world was a better place because of Steve. He was a wonderful husband to Pam, a huge support to his family and a good friend to many. My condolences to Sally and Lorri
