PONTOTOC - Steven L. Duke, 51, passed away August 13, 2022, at his home in Tupelo, MS. Steven was a longtime truck driver. He loved to hunt, fish, mud ride, and cooking, whether it be on his much-loved Blackstone or boiling seafood and smoking ribs. Spending time with his family and friends was very important to Steven.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Stegall; two sons, Kristopher and Cody Duke; stepdaughter, Jaiden Suggs; 8 grandchildren; father, Robert Duke(Linda); mother, Joann Coakley; sisters, Angelia Duke(Mark), Tammy Smith(Anthony), and Melissa Anglin; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and numerous friends that were family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles E. and Josie Duke; brothers, Michael E. Duke and Bobby Duke; aunts, Ruth Duke and Carole Duke; uncles, Charles Duke, Jr., James A. Duke, and Leslie Cloinger; and nephew, David R. Duke.
Services will be Friday, August 19th at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. J.T. Pennington, and Pastor Tyrone Peggen officiating. Burial will follow in Redland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kristopher and Cody Duke, Phillip Enis, Leslie Charles Cloinger, Chad Lindamood, and Chris Kyle. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brad Enis, Mark Rourke, and Brody Duke.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 18th 5-8PM and Friday, August 19th 1PM until service time.
