Steven was born on March 29, 1954 in Peoria, IL to Billy Edward and Martha Lee (Sweeney) Edminster.
Surviving are his sisters, Karen (Steven) Herriford and Kay Vecco, both of Chillicothe, and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Julie Edminster.
Cremation rites will be accorded and burial of ashes will be with his parents at Chillicothe City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
