With broken hearts, we share the loss of our precious son, Steven Wayne Hicks. From the moment he came into our lives, he filled our days with joy, laughter, and unconditional love. His bright smile and gentle spirit made every moment sweeter, and his kindness touched everyone he met.

Steven was not only our son-he was one of our greatest gifts. He was a devoted friend, a caring brother to Jerri Westmoreland, sister, Robert Waltman, brother, Troy Lee Hicks, brother and a long-extended list of family and friends. He loved spending time with his dog Zues, he was his most loyal and loving companion. He loved gaming with all his family and friends. He loved to draw, read books and hunt with his dad. His curiosity, creativity, and warmth made our house a home.

The memories we share of Steven whether it was family holidays, simple afternoons at home, or quiet talks at the kitchen table-will always be with us. We are grateful for every moment we had with him.

We want to thank everyone who has reached out with love and support. During this difficult time, your kindness means more than words can say. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in knowing that Steven's gentle spirit will always be a part of us and all who knew him.

We will miss him more than words can express, and he will always be loved and remembered.

A service will be held in memory of Steven, August 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at A Natural State Funeral Service located at 2620 W. Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.

Rest peacefully, dear Steven.
