Randy was born in Evansville, Indiana on March 17, 1949 to the late John and Lavada (Talley) Howell. He worked in healthcare as a caregiver for many years. Randy was an avid sports fan and loved watching all his favorite teams, Indiana University basketball, Notre Dame football, and the Indianapolis Colts. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Randy is survived by his cousins, Linda Mullen, Johnny Lawrence, Troy Mullen, Stephanie Mullen, and Peggy as well as other cousins.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents and cousin, Michael Mullen.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 1800 St. George Rd., Evansville, IN 47711 where the Retired Veterans Memorial Club will conduct military honors.
