Visitation at Midtown Funeral Home and Cremation Options, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago 60618 on Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by the Prayer Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or Shriners Children Hospital.
