Steven Lynn Hay Obituary
Steven Lynn Hay, 42, died Thursday, September 21, 2023, at his residence in Columbia.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Kenneth Bray officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com.
Born August 14, 1981, in Maury County, he was the son of Pamela Denise Jones and Darryl Lynn Hay who preceded him in death July 17, 2023. Mr. Hay enjoyed spending time with his children, working on cars and fishing. He was a member of Second Chance Church.
In addition to his mother, Pamela Denise Jones, survivors include his children, Eathen Lynn Hay of Columbia; Alisia Gabriell “Gabby” Hay of Columbia; Leah Nicole Hay of Columbia; grandchild, River Dye; brother, Michael Shawn Jones of Smithville; nephews, Wyatt Cole Jones, Weston Zane Jones, Walker Kash Jones; step-father, Raymond Porter Jones; and several aunts and cousins.
Active pallbearers will be Joey Hay, John Brewer, Darren Cates, Ira Chambers, Terry Chambers, and Hunter Dye.
