Steven "Eric" Mangrum, age 39 of Shelbyville, passed from this life on September 16, 2024, at White's Creek Wellness and Rehabilitation.
Eric was born on December 24, 1984, in Fayetteville, TN to Samuel Mangrum and Mary Katherine Warren Mangrum. He was preceded in death by: grandparents, James and Annie Sue Warren, and Bill and Lou Mangrum; aunts, Margaret Eslick, and Peggy Mangrum; uncles, Bobby Warren, Melvin Warren, Holmer Warren, Lewis Jean Warren, and Dwight Eslick.
Eric was a loving and caring individual who had a wonderfully humorous personality, he loved to make others laugh and smile at any opportunity. In his free time, he enjoyed painting and other forms of art.
Along with his parents, he is survived by: son, Cayden McConchie; sister, Leah (Rodney Underwood) Mangrum; aunt, Betty Sanders; uncle, Mike Mangrum; niece, Haley Lloyd; nephews, Roger Mangrum, and Levi Lloyd; mother of his child, Jessica McConchie; and cousin, Jason Mangrum, Lewis Warren and Alison Mangrum.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held 4-6 p.m. Friday, October 11, 2024, in the chapel of Doak-Howell Funeral Home.
