He is survived by 3 children, Sierra Thornton, Steven Manley Jr., and Sequoyah Manley; and 4 grand-children.
Steve loved to travel, also enjoyed watching storms, watching movies and listening to music. He's favorite thing to do was spending time with his daughter and grandkids. He will be greatly missed.
No services are planned at this time.
Arrangements are in the care of Stephens-Key Funeral and Cremation Care of Pryor.
