Steven L. Millsaps, 69, of Loudon, passed away on August 26, 2025. Steven was a hardworking man who dedicated over 28 years as a concrete mixer driver. Beyond his work, he had a deep love for horses and enjoyed the simple joys they brought to his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Alice and R.C. Millsaps of Loudon, and his sister, Patricia Millsaps of Loudon.
Steven is survived by his daughter, Misty Wilson (Steve Cooke) of Loudon; grandson, Zack Wilson (Katrina); and great-grandson, Izaak Wilson, all of Loudon. He is also survived by his sister, Marian Robinson (Doug), nephew, Michael Robinson (Kristen), and great-nephew, Jude Robinson, all of Georgia.
The family requests privacy during this time. If you feel compelled to honor Steven's memory, donations may be made to Horse Haven of Tennessee or the Loudon County Humane Society, two causes close to his heart.
