Steven Paul Obituary
Steven M. Paul, known to friends and family as Steve, passed away at the age of 62 on Saturday, March 23, 2024. He was born in Minot, North Dakota on January 5, 1962 to Herbert Leroy Paul and Dolores Alberta (Sawatzke) Berge.
Steve is survived by his three children, Logan, Levi and Peyton Paul; mother, Dolores (Paul) Berge; brothers, Mike (Diane) and David (Joanne) Paul; sisters, Mary (Randy) Jensen, Jan (Jerry) Kramer, Colleen (Bill) Schatz, Susan Johnston and Karen (Kent) Brandt; Preceded in death by his father, Herbert; brothers, John and Tom Paul; and brother-in-law Bill Johnston.
During his 13-month journey with cancer, Steve was supported by his partner, Dana Yergler, along with her children, Abby, Ally, Anna, Andy and their dog, Millie.
Steve was a loving father, uncle and son before anything else. He attended every event that his children were involved in. He loved living his life through seeing their joy, happiness and success. He earned a Bachelor's degree in business from the University of North Dakota where he then worked in the RV industry for over 30 years and ended his career at Lippert Components in Mishawaka, IN. He will be remembered as an incredible father and role model who touched the lives of everyone he met throughout his life.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the McGann Hay, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR 23, Granger, entrance off Cherry Rd. at 2 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1 p.m.
The family would like to thank the incredible doctors, nurses and staff for their compassion and care throughout his journey.
