Steven "Steve" Peralta born on June 8, 1972 in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord on August 8, 2024 at the age of 52. He is preceded in death by his father Rogelio M Peralta and brother Jose "Chumbe" Reyna, Jr. He is survived by his mother Amalia Peralta, his wife June Perez Peralta and children: Stephanie Peralta (Justin), Steven Peralta (Alex), MaryJane Hahn (Isaiah), Angelina Casias (Jose), Peter Peralta, Grandchildren: Cameron Guerrero, Jose Angel Casias, IV, and Rosaleigh Jade Hahn. He is also survived by his siblings: Juan Reyna (Lupita), Diana Leal (Ruben), Zoila Reyna, Janie Villarreal (Roland+), Martin Reyna (Rosie+), Max Reyna (Martha), Amalia Frias (Abel), Roy Peralta, Andy Peralta, Maryjane King, Lupita Casanova(Roger), Leticia Peralta, Patty Peralta and angela Farris.
Steve was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin and friend. He loved his family, he loved to sing, dance, bbq and drink! He held many titles but our favorite is "Superman", because he truly was a super man, he was the greatest and will be greatly missed.
Steve was a hard worker, he was very proud of his dad's fence company, Roy Peralta &Sons Fence.
Steve was a member of the Knights of Columbus and served at St. Stephens for many years. He was also a youth football coach for over 20 years, Jr. Voks, West Central Texans and Central Cowboys, he also coached tee-ball and basketball, Steve did this along side his brothers who were always by his side, guiding and paving the way. Steve was the one to be called on, he knew just about everything and if he didnt believe me he did not hesitate to take on any challenge big or small he always found a way to fix it, correct it or change it to make it work for him! Steve will be truly missed by all who knew him. In his words he was the greatest there is and ever will be!
