Steven Richard Smith, 61, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24 th, 2025 after a brief illness.

Born to Oris and Donna Smith in Beaumont, Texas on March 28, 1964, Steve grew up in New Boston, Texas and attended New Boston High School. During this time, he was honored to play clarinet in the Texas All-State Band. Upon graduation in 1982, he attended Baylor University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in German. In 1987, he enrolled in the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Additionally, Steve is affectionately remembered for his humble desire to provide his clients with wise, Godly legal counsel and rejoiced in opportunities to share Christ with others.
