Steven Antonio Uribe

Steven Antonio Uribe-devoted father, loving son, caring brother, loyal fiancé, and dear friend-left us on July 30, 2025, at the age of 45. Born and raised in Alameda, California, on November 14, 1979, he was the beloved son of Terry Lee Cabebe and the late Ventura Benny Uribe. Steve was also lovingly raised by his late grandparents, Lee and Jennie Jones, who instilled in him the deep family values that shaped the man he became.

Steve was a third-generation plumber, carrying on a proud family tradition with over 150 years of combined experience in the trade. Outside of work, he found joy in life's simple pleasures-fishing, bowling, spending time with loved ones, listening to music, and even writing Amazon reviews. His unique sense of humor and remarkable ability to make people laugh made everyone feel at home in his presence.

Above all, Steve treasured the time spent with his children and fiancée. Whether they were curled up watching movies or out exploring new places on one of their many foodie adventures, those moments meant the world to him. He found happiness simply by being present with the people he loved, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and togetherness.

Steve's passion for music was unmistakable-he was rarely seen without his speakers, ready to fill any space with sound. Music wasn't just a hobby; it was part of who he was. Whether blasting a favorite song or sharing songs with loved ones, Steve made sure every gathering had the perfect soundtrack.

Those who knew Steve will remember his big heart, unwavering loyalty, and the way he brought people together. His presence was magnetic, his laugh unforgettable, and his spirit unshakably strong.

Steve is survived by his two beloved children, Miguel Antonio Fejarang-Uribe and Alyssa Malaya Fejarang-Uribe, who were his greatest pride and joy-the center of his world; his mother, Terry Lee Cabebe; his fiancée, Crystal Legaspi; his loving siblings, Lee Uribe, Rey Lopez, and Jennie Lopez, and step siblings Alex Salazar and Shanean Silveira. He is also remembered fondly by many close friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
