I have such fond memories of our law school days, and a friendship that spanned over 40 years. Steve was a great lawyer, terrific advocate for his clients, and mostly a great friend. At his many gatherings both here in Providence and at his beautiful home on the Cape, he was a connoisseur of good food and shared it with family and friends. He never came to your home or office empty handed. He had an enviable sense of humor often evoking witty quips. Faithful to his Wife, Joanie, loyal to his friends, honest and kind, and just good to his core. I will miss you, my dear friend.
