Stewart W. Griffie, age 72, of Richmond, KY passed away Wednesday April 9, 2025 at his Residence in Richmond.He was born in Hazard to Marlin and Gertrude Griffie. He was a District Manager for Save A Lot grocery Stores. He was a long time member of The Church of God on Bacon Creek Rd. in Elizabethtown. He had also work at Stuckey's and at the clothing Store Dawahares here in Elizabethtown..He was preceded in death by his Wife, Mary J Griffie, His Parents, his seven Brothers, Bill, Charles, Ike, Wallace, William, Vaughn, Renis Sr., two Sisters, Elcie, Geneva.He is survived by his Daughter, Heather (Jamie) Lovelace of Richmond, KY, a Sister, Jaunice Caudill of Dayton, OH, a Brother, Robert Link of Auburn, KY, a Grandson, Boston Lovelace, Grandchildren, Haley, Taylor, Aiden, Mia.Funeral Services will be held Saturday April 12, 2025 11:00 am at The Church of God in Elizabethtown, KY With Bishop Donald Estep II officiating. Burial will be held at the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be Friday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown or Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Church in Elizabethtown.Condolences may be expressed on-line at www.manakeefuneralhome.com
