Stormy Ledbetter Obituary
Stormy's greatest joy in life were her two sons. They were her heart, her pride and her reason for pushing forward.
She had a gentle and artistic soul and saw beauty where others might overlook it. Stormy loved photography, art, music and animals and she found joy in expressing herself through hair, makeup and personal style. She was known for her accepting heart-welcoming others as they were, offering comfort, kindness, and friendship to anyone who needed it. To know Stormy was to feel seen and cared for. Stormy was deeply loved by her family and friends and will be profoundly missed. She is survived by her beloved sons, Kayden Rushing of Blanchard, ok and Jasper Hillibrand of Lindsay, Ok. Also her Sisters, Laura Ledbetter of Pauls Valley, Ok and Kimberly and husband Doug Connolley of OKC, OK. Her two brothers Greg and wife Lisa Ledbetter of Manhatten, Ks and Jared and wife Lisa Ledbetter of Midwest City, Ok. Her parents Rev Claude and Rhonda Ledbetter of Pauls Valley. Her cherished nieces and nephews Nolan Connolley, Noah Ledbetter, Kyle Ledbetter, Benjamin Connolley, Cassie Ledbetter, Emily Ledbetter, Shelby Connolley, Julie Ledbetter, Shane Connolley and Alauria Ledbetter.
Stormy graduated from Pauls Valley High School in 2005, where she participated in band, chorus and Pom Squad. Though her life was way too short, her impact was lasting. She will be remembered for her compassion for creativity, and the love she gave so freely.
Stormy's light will continue to live on through her children and in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
A Memorial Service is scheduled by the family for Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 10:30 am at Church of the Nazarene. Services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
