Obituary of Sudipto Chakraborty
Dear friends, family, and colleagues,
As you all know, our dear friend Sudipto Chakraborty left us on Sunday, April 23rd leaving an
irreplaceable void in our lives. He was a remarkable person who touched many lives with his
kindness, warmth, and generosity.
Sudipto was a dear friend to all those who knew him, always ready to lend a listening ear or
offer a word of encouragement. His positive attitude and infectious smile were a great source of
inspiration, and his compassion and empathy knew no bounds.
As a husband and father, Sudipto was truly exceptional. He loved his wife, Kakali and their two
adorable children Soham and Srishti with all his heart and was always there for them, through
thick and thin. He took great pride in his family and always put their needs before his own.
He was an amazing colleague, mentor and manager to many. During his 25-year tenure at
Xilinx/AMD, Sudipto made an enormous contribution to the company and was a role model for
many to emulate. His leadership was second to none, and his legacy will continue to inspire us.
Although Sudipto may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts
and minds of all those whose lives he touched. Let us take a moment to remember Sudipto and
all the joy, love, and warmth he brought into our lives.
Memorial Service for Sudipto will be on Saturday 4/29 between 2pm to 4pm at 3100 Logic Dr,
Longmont, CO 80503 (Retreat center)
