Sue Staples Obituary
Mrs. Staples was a retired Registered Nurse having worked in nursing homes and was a member of First Christian Church. She found joy in caring for animals, bird-watching, reading, listening to classic country music, and watching crime mysteries.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Earl "Trey" Gordon Staples, III and Kristie; grandchildren, Christian Staples, Preston Staples; daughter, Jenny Parker; granddaughter, Mary Jane Parker; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Courtney Staples; grandchildren, Rhys Staples, Sullivan Staples, Layton Staples; sister, Deena Hand. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Gordon Staples, Jr.
No services are being planned at this time.
Memorial donations may be made to the Emory Winship Cancer Institute Brain Tumor Fund.
