With love and heavy hearts, we share the loss of our beloved Angel Baby Girl Sundai Luvenia Jasselle Caldwell, who was born July 16, 2025, in Columbia, South Carolina. She slipped away peacefully into the arms of Jesus at just 3 months old on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
Though her time with us was far too brief, the love and joy she gave us will remain in our hearts forever. The joy she brought to our family was immeasurable. Her sweet laughter, delicate hands and innocent eyes filled our world with wonder and love. She had an undeniable way of making us smile. Her gentle calm spirit will continue to surround us in all that we do. She may have only been with us for a brief time, but Sundai's soft, angelic presence will forever be remembered. She had a way of brightening our days, she will live on in our hearts for the rest of our lives. Sundai will forever be a light in the lives of those who loved her.
She is preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents Connie Caldwell and Ricky Caldwell, who will look over her in heaven.
Sundai is survived by her loving and nurturing mother, Shameka Caldwell; her memory will forever shine brightly through her father, Caleb Hall; loving and devoted maternal grandmother, Mondai Caldwell-McClamore; maternal 7grandfather, Jonathan Paul Johnson; and a special grandfather, Walter Banks; all of whom shared an endless and lasting love for her. Sundai is also survived by paternal grandparents, Keona Hall and Tony Hall; as well as her great grandparents, Ludonna Manigult, Katherine Davis and Oscar (Ella) Davis; and great great-grandmother, Mattie Bell Sutton; along with a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and other loving relatives and dear friends, including Jonathan Paul Johnson Jr, Ausha Moyd & Brittany Caldwell who shared a special bond with Baby Sundai one that will forever be cherished.
Sweet precious Baby Sundai, you will always be our little angel.
