Sunny Addo, a precious soul from Cincinnati, Ohio, graced our lives with her brief yet incredibly impactful presence before entering eternal rest on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. She made her entrance into this world on the very same date, born to her devoted parents, Frank Addo and Rynita Bohler.
From the very beginning, Sunny was a bright light, a true rainbow baby filled with an eagerness that touched everyone’s hearts. Her lively spirit was evident even during her time in her mother's belly, where she could always be felt jumping around, eager to embrace the world and everyone who loved her. Her parents cherish the memories of visiting for appointments, where the joy and anticipation of her arrival filled their hearts. Sunny brought the Sun during a time that could have been clouded with uncertainty, always being a source of joy for her parents
Though her time with us was too fleeting, it brings her parents comfort knowing that she was able to meet her sibling, a reunion filled with love that now extends beyond this life. Sunny was preceded in death by her cherished sibling, as well as great-grandparents who welcomed her into a loving embrace: maternal great-great-grandfather Albert Lewis, maternal great-great-grandmother Ernestine Lewis, paternal great-great-grandmother Louise Pippins, and paternal great-great-grandfather Nathan Lloyd.
Sunny leaves behind a loving family who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts: her mother, Rynita Bohler; father, Frank Addo; maternal grandmother, Benita Bohler, who was the first to know of her impending grandaughters arrival and kept the joy a delightful secret; maternal grandfather, Glenn McFarlin; paternal grandmother, Vivian Addo; maternal great-grandmother, Frankie Jordan, paternal great-grandmother, Miriam Lloyd; aunts and uncles, Alexis McFarlin, Raphael Bropleh, Steven Addo, Madonna Addo, Chantal Addo, Sean Addo, Louis Addo, Emile Addo; and many other family members and friends who were eagerly awaiting her arrival.
To honor and celebrate the beautiful spirit of Sunny Addo, please feel free to share your memories or leave a heartfelt message for her family in the guestbook below. Her light will forever shine in the hearts of those who loved her.
