On February 20, 1951, Susan was born to Vergil and Mayme (Eidelbes) Lappegaard in Thief River Falls, MN. She attended Grade School and High School in Thief River Falls. Susan was united in marriage to Micheal Beito in Thief River Falls, where they raised their family. Susan helped with farming and also worked at DigiKey and ArticCat for 20 years each. She retired from DigiKey in 2021. Susan died at her home, being cared for by family, friends, and Hospice.
Susan enjoyed reading and being outdoors- fishing, gardening, and riding motorcycling. Raising chickens and collecting eggs was a joy to her. She loved having family and friends nearby and spending time with them.
Susan is survived by her son, Scott (fiancé Nidia Martinez) Beito, Thief River Falls, MN; grandchildren: Kinley (Hunter) Gullikson, St Hilaire, MN, and Dawson Beito, Thief River Falls, MN; great-grandchildren: Henry and Annie Gullikson.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Micheal; parents, Vergil and Mayme Lappegaard; sister, Gloria Erickson; and grandparents, Joseph and Agnes Eidelbes.
