Susan Carrara Obituary
Born on May 9, 1940, in Newark, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine Inderwies. Susan resided in Monroe County for the past five years, having moved from Bloomfield, New Jersey.
Susan is survived by her loving children: her son, Angelo Carrara and his wife, Gail, of West Milford, NJ; and her daughter, Susan Speer and her husband, Russel, with whom she resided in Middle Smithfield Township. She was a proud grandmother to April Carrara; Russel Speer, Jr. (Maddalena); Nicholas Speer; and Jason Speer (David Wertz). She was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren: Nicholas Speer, Jr., Kolton Speer, Shaylee Speer, Russel Speer III, Ryker Speer, Elena Speer, and Korben Speer.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Nicholas Carrara, and her sister, Catherine Steel.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the William H. Clark Funeral Home in Stroudsburg.
