Susan J. Draghi

Susan J. Draghi, age 70, of Millcreek and formerly of Mastic Beach, Long Island, NY. Passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Monday August 7, 2023, following a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on December 30, 1952, in Kew Gardens, NY, a daughter of the late Harold and Jean (Caulfield) Scholl.
She worked for many years at the Wolf Gordon Wallpaper Co. in New York City, where she valued the lifelong friendships, she made with her coworkers. Susan later retired as the village clerk for the mayor of Long Island, NY. During her working years she was also an entrepreneur making her famous Rajin Cajun pretzels. Most of all she will be remembered as a loving Mom and Nana
She is survived by her son William (Bill) Draghi and his wife Stacy of Millcreek; twin grandchildren, Andrew, and Alyssa Draghi; step-grandchildren, Christian, Collin, and Libby Olson; and her two kitties, Tazzie and Sophia. She is further survived by many great friends and neighbors from "The Bend".
Friends may call at the Brugger Funeral Home, 1595 West 38th St. on Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a prayer service there at 5:30 PM. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
