A lifelong resident of the Northeast section of Philadelphia, Susan was a true Parkwood girl through and through. She instantly lit up a room when she walked in and was always the life of the party!
Beloved mother of Morgan Carty (John) and Cole Redman (Nicole); dear sister of Jill (Erik) Payne and Chris (Missy) Fallon; longtime companion of Robert Cardwell and grandmother of Kennedy.
Susan was the cherished aunt of Dylan (Catherine), Spencer, Christopher and Trey; and loving niece of Joan Donahue. She will be deeply missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Susan was predeceased by her parents, Kathleen M. "Kass" (nee Cole) and John W. Fallon.
Relatives and friends are invited to offer condolences to her family on Tuesday, November 19. 2024 from
9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at St. Anslem Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Road, Philadelphia, Pa 19154, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
