Susan M. Hinski

Susan M. Hinski (Fisher) passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on January 17, 1944, in Attleboro, Massachusetts. She was the beloved wife of Charles Warburton. They were happily married for 9 years. Together, they shared memories that will be treasured and stories that will be retold, reflecting the deep love and connection that defined her life.

She was the daughter of the late George and Margaret (Hill) Fisher.

Susan spent her formative years in a community that would shape her values of compassion and service. She graduated with a high school diploma from North Attleboro High School in 1961, forging a path that led to a remarkable career as the Executive Director of the Plainville Senior Center, where she touched countless lives with her unwavering commitment and nurturing spirit. Throughout her life, Susan embodied the essence of kindness and leadership. With a heart for service, she dedicated herself to improving the lives of seniors in her community, ensuring they received the support and engagement they richly deserved. Her work was not just a job; it was her passion, and her impact will forever resonate in the hearts of those she served. Her passion for helping others was matched only by her love for walking, reading, and her cherished cats, which brought her immense joy and companionship.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her cherished grandchildren, Ryan Burchell and his fiancé, Cynthia Powell, Cody Burtchell and his fiancé, Wendy Tabb, Corrin Burtchell and her fiancé, Derek Wilcox and Emma Whittaker, great-grandchildren, Miles Martel, Braxton Burtchell, Remington Burtchell, Avianna Burtchell and Isla Burtchell and a stepdaughter, Lynda Warburton. She was the loving mother of the late Rebecca Burtchell and Christopher Burtchell and devoted sister of the late Jean Costa and George “Russ” Fisher.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA immediately followed by a Memorial Service in the "Memorial Chapel" at 6:00 pm.
