Sandra Proulx, 88, of North Attleboro, MA passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Madonna Manor. She was the devoted wife of the late Phillipe G. Proulx who died on January 6, 2021.
Born in the Brooklyn borough of New York on September 12, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. Fobert and the late Virginia (Wilmarth) Fobert.
She previously resided in Norton, MA, Attleboro, MA Rehoboth, MA and in Conway, NH prior to returning to Massachusetts in 2002.
While residing in New Hampshire she was employed as a clerk for the Shop & Save Supermarket.
A woman of artistic ability, her favorite medium was painting in oils and watercolors.
She will be lovingly remembered for her love for sewing, having often designed and created dresses for her four daughters. In addition, she enjoyed spending time embroidering but most of all she will be remembered for all the lifelong memories she created with her cherished family.
She leaves her children: Catherine A. Catudal of Norton, MA; Virginia L. Hodges of North Attleboro, MA; Jeanmarie Samulian of Attleboro MA; Michelle A Proulx of Bristol, RI and Stephen M. Proulx of Rehoboth, MA; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; her siblings: Virginia Doucette of North Attleboro, MA and Vincent Fobert of North Attleboro, MA; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
She was the sister of the late Charles A. Fobert of North Attleboro, MA and Jackie LaPalm of North Attleboro, MA.
At her request, all services will be private.
