Ms. Cates-Wagner is survived by two children, Amanda Sue Copeland (Costakis), of Plum, PA and Eugene Bruce Wagner III, (Lauren) of Kildeer, IL; one brother, William Cates (Kathleen), of Apex; six grandchildren, Cheyenne, Jeremy, Ethan, and Kyros Copeland and Liam and Ellen Wagner.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Thursday, March 6, 2025 at the Brooks & White Chapel by Pastor Daeho Kang. Burial will follow in Burchwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service (1-2 PM).
Memorials may be made to the Animal Protection Society of Person County, P.O. Box 291, Roxboro, NC, 27573.
