Susan Levesque Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Alavon Direct Cremation Service - South Daytona on Feb. 16, 2026.
Sue (Canada) Levesque, formerly of Milford, New Hampshire, and most recently of Port Orange, Florida, passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a life filled with devotion, creativity, and quiet adventure.

Sue was the loving wife of Robert Levesque, her partner in life, business, and countless memories. Together, they were former co-owners of Bob and Sue's Vac and Sew and the 16 Second Pit Stop NASCAR Store, a place that reflected Sue's love of craftsmanship and her lifelong passion for NASCAR-especially cheering on "Jr." She found joy in the things that made her heart happy: quilting beautiful pieces by hand, creating sparkling diamond art, and surrounding herself with animals she loved deeply. Her cats, her fish, and her beloved dog, Brady-who crossed the Rainbow Bridge before her-were constant sources of comfort and companionship.

Hardworking and dependable, Sue took pride in everything she did. She spent many dedicated years as an employee of New Hampshire RadioShack and was most recently a valued team member at Harbor Freight, where her commitment and reliability were appreciated by everyone who worked with her. Sue treasured time spent with Bob, whether camping in New Hampshire or riding their Harleys through Daytona, embracing the freedom of the open road and the simple joy of being together.

She was a daughter, a sister, and a longtime friend, sharing bonds built on loyalty, shared history, and enduring friendship.

Sue was predeceased by her mother, Marilyn Jean Canada. Survivors include her loving husband, Robert Levesque; her father, Bobbie R. Canada of Brookline, New Hampshire; her sisters, Cheryl L. Bourgeois and Sandra R. Sarette (Wayne); her nieces and nephews, Job Thistle (Faith), Zac Thistle (Rebecca), Josiah Bourgeois, Ryan Bourgeois (Justine), Rachel Sarette (Wyatt), and Christopher Bourgeois; and her longtime friend, Chuck Lundberg, and his wife, Cindy Lundberg.

Sue will be remembered for her gentle spirit, creative hands, love for animals, and the steady way she showed her love through dedication and care. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sue's memory to an animal rescue or charity of one's choice, honoring her lifelong love of animals.
