Eunice Levesque Obituary

Eunice Levesque, 80, of Statesboro, Georgia, formerly of Groveton, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Eunice fought a long and courageous battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and kidney failure, meeting every challenge with strength, determination, and grace.

She was married to the love of her life, Paul Levesque, and together they shared 45 years of marriage. Eunice was a devoted and loving wife, an incredible mother, and a loyal friend to many.

Eunice is survived by her loving husband, Paul Levesque; children, Tammy Nunez, and her fiancé Joe Yearry, of Sylvania, GA; and Robert Morse Jr., and his wife Tonya Morse, of Antrim, NH. She was a proud grandmother to Kaytlyn and James Colson, Monyka Nunez, Dakota Morse, and Dylan Morse, and a cherished great-grandmother to Harrison, Robert, Bella, and Benjamin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cynthia and Mitchell Chilafoe; her beloved granddaughter, Alycia Nunez; and her siblings, Beverly Bilodeau, Bonnie Drew, Tommy Chilafoe, and Eugene Chilafoe.

Eunice found joy in the simple pleasures of life—playing bingo with friends, crafting her beloved yarn dogs, crocheting, and attending craft fairs. She was an amazing cook, and her granddaughters often said she made the very best blueberry pancakes. She loved being silly and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

A strong-willed and fiercely independent woman, Eunice left a lasting impression everywhere she went. She was a true and faithful friend, had the biggest heart, and generously supported causes close to her heart whenever she was able. She proudly supported her veteran husband and was always eager to help other veterans through donations and fundraising efforts.

Above all else, Eunice loved her family with everything she had. Her love, strength, generosity, and laughter will live on in all who knew her.
