Susan Darlene Mann, age 77, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, at the Shanti Niketan Hospice House. Born on August 26, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Susan touched the lives of many with her warmth and compassion.
Susan was the cherished daughter of William Joseph "Joe" Mann and Edith (Preston) Mann, who have preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Joe Mann. Throughout her life, she embraced her family with love and dedication, raising her daughters, Angela Gregory and Carla Pearson (Cliff), and her son, Jason Duncan, with a nurturing spirit.
A beloved grandmother, Susan was affectionately known Grandma and Memaw to her grandchildren, who include Rick Gregory (Jalesa), Billy Gregory (Kristy), Joshua Gregory, Alysianna Martin, Shauneisa Kendrick, and James "Cliff" Pearson Jr. She was also grandmother to eleven great-grandchildren who referred to her as Gigi. Susan is also survived by her sister, Anita Tripps, and sister-in-law, Debra Mann, who will miss her dearly.
An enthusiast for board games, checkers, and card games, Susan found joy in simple pleasures. Her love for reading the Bible was a testament to her faith and values, which she instilled in her family and friends throughout her life.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, December 20th, at Landmark United Pentecostal Church, with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. The visitation will be Saturday, from 9:00 AM until time for the service at the church.
