While she was preceded in death by her father, she is survived by her mother Evelyn Breaux Freeman, her sisters Sharon (Brian Sr.) Bergeron and Stacy St. Pierre her nieces and nephews, Kristen (Mike) Mullen, Bryan (Kara) Bergeron Jr., Jonathan St. Pierre, Kaylee and Hunter Mullen, Caroline, Piper and Trip Bergeron, as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Susan was blessed with an amazing group of people in her life that supported and loved her through it all. Sandy Williams, her extra sister and friend as well as Glen Waguespack and Larry Winter who both brought so much love, joy and happiness to different phases of her life.
Susan lived a life of true faith and devotion to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She had grace, love, kindness and faith that was brightly shown every moment of her day. The only thing more clear was the love she had for her son and family. Susan was the pillar of our family and exemplified in every moment what a gift each day was from the Lord. Her smile was bright, her laugh infectious and her love, fearce. Susan was a member of several prayer groups and spent so much of her life with her friends at Church of the King, where you would find her every week worshiping and being a prayer leader to whoever needed her.
Our entire family would like to send a huge "thank you" to everyone who visited, called, messaged, prayed and loved us through this process. We know that she is smiling down from Heaven and she will always have the best seat in the house for the rest of our lives.
