Susan Kay Weber, age 62, of Glencoe, Minnesota passed away Sunday, June 6, 2010, at her residence in Glencoe. Funeral Services were held 11:00 A.M, Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at Christ Lutheran Church in Glencoe, with interment in the Church of God Cemetery in Lester Prairie, Minnesota.

Susan Kay Weber was born on December 27, 1947, in Young America Township, Carver County, Minnesota. She was the daughter to Raymond and Lorraine “Babe” (Gow) Dittmar. Susan was baptized as an infant on January 11, 1948, and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on April 15, 1962, both at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America, Minnesota. She received her education at St. John’s Lutheran School.

On December 2, 1978, Susan was united in marriage to Elden Weber at Christ Lutheran Church in Glencoe. This marriage was blessed with four children. Susan and Elden resided in the Glencoe area. They shared 14 years of marriage until Elden passed away on August 4, 1993.

Susan held employment as a factory worker. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Glencoe.

Susan enjoyed shaking dice, embroidery and camping. She loved to play cards; especially Sheephead, and also enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino and listening to country music. Susan was a hard working woman, who cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren.

Susan passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2010, at her home in Glencoe, Minnesota at the age of 62 years.

Susan is preceded in death by her Parents, Raymond and “Babe” Dittmar; Husband, Elden Weber; Siblings, Diane Dittmar, Dennis Dittmar and Rodney Tanke.
