Susie Weaver

Susie Weaver, 88, Wakarusa, formerly of Goshen, died 8:10 p.m. Tuesday, August, 11, 2015 at Miller's Merry Manor. She was born July 29, 1927 in Goshen to Elias E. & Amanda (Ramer) Martin. She married Daniel Weaver on Sept. 11, 1949 and he died Oct. 18, 2011. Surviving are a son, Tom (Emily) Weaver, Harrisonburg, Virginia, daughter, Norma Wagner, Goshen, grandsons, Kent Weaver, Keith Weaver, Kevin Weaver, Kerry Weaver, all of Virginia, Steven Showalter, Goshen, granddaughter, Lisa (Wilson) Wenger, Virginia, 11 great-grandchildren, one brother, Paul R. (Frances) Martin, Narvon, Penn., lots of nieces and nephews and a special niece, Sarah (Sam) Imhoff. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband and 13 siblings. Susie was a homemaker, farm wife and a member of the Yellow Creek Wisler Mennonite Church. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2015 at RMYC, CR 44 between CR 11 & 13, Nappanee, with the funeral service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at Yellow Creek Wisler Mennonite Church, Goshen. Home Ministry will officiate and burial will be in Yellow Creek Frame Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Wisler Sharing Fund.
