Suzanne Jeanne Mello

Suzanne Jeanne Levesque Mello, 81, of North Attleboro, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 18, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on December 7, 1944, in North Attleboro, Suzanne was the daughter of the late Ernest and Marguerite (Lapointe) Levesque. A lifelong resident of the community, she lived her life guided by faith, devotion to family, and a deep sense of love for those around her.

Suzanne worked for many years as an office administrator, where she was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and warm spirit. Her life's true calling, however, was her family. She found her greatest joy in caring for others, especially her children and grandchildren, whom she loved without measure.

A woman of strong faith and joyful heart, Suzanne cherished time spent cooking for her family, playing cards with her grandchildren, and creating traditions that will live on for generations. Easter held a special place in her heart, and she delighted in organizing Easter egg hunts, ensuring each child felt loved, included, and celebrated.

Suzanne is survived by her loving children, Glen Mello and David Mello and his wife Lynne Mello; and her treasured grandchildren, Adam Mello and his wife Cailee of Pawtucket, RI, Evan Mello, Cayla Mello, Madeline Mello, and Charlotte Mello, all of North Attleboro.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Robert Mello; her brother, David Levesque; and her parents.

Suzanne will be remembered for her strong spirit, quick humor, welcoming smile, and the many friendships she formed over a lifetime. Her faith, love, and devotion to family were the foundation of her life, and as Scripture reminds us, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 31, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark's Church, 105 Stanley Street, North Attleboro. Burial will take place privately at a later date.
